This week I had fun with a lot of different events. One of my favorites was the Taste of the World event that Prerna create. I represented Turkey at the event since my grandfather was born there. I brought Baklava which is a delicious Mediterranean dessert made with thin pastry dough, butter, honey, and nuts. The event was a success and everyone had a blast trying different foods from all across the world.

I also worked the STEM event on Thursday where we helped students make catapults and test them out. It is crazy how excited elementary kids get about the littlest things.

Classes are picking up a little bit due to the end of the semester only being two weeks away. I have a few more projects to finish and some exams to take but over all my assignments will be coming to an end soon. I have enjoyed my classes this semester, even though calculus has proven to be a bit of a challenge. I have already scheduled my classes for next semester and am excited for the Greek history class I signed up for.

I can't wait for Thanksgiving next week!
