We are almost finished with the semester and the holiday season is about to begin which makes me extremely happy and anxious. Happy because I love the holiday season and the warmth that it brings but anxious because it means that it is crunch time for exams and projects.

Usually towards the end of the semester is when things start to get a little busier and hectic. This week was no exception. I am close to finishing my hours for the semester but I still have a few more to go so I have been trying to sign up for all the events that I could.

Despite being stressed with classes, I have enjoyed the events I worked this week. My favorite is probably the STEM event where elementary students came to the school and we helped them conduct science experiments. It was a blast to see their excitement and desire to learn. I also worked on my teams event that is happening next week. It is fun to see and be a part of an event from start to finish. I am excited for Prerna and think that it will be a success.

In school I have been taking quizzes for calculus, group work for communications, practicing comparative adjectives in Spanish, and learning about the holocaust in English. In all of my classes I am preparing for finals/class projects and trying to make sure that I am getting my grade in the class to where I want it to be by the end of the fall semester.
